Description

  • Maintain and update the RenoFi Wiki with lender guidelines, overlays, pricing, and program changes.
  • Track guideline changes, identify affected pipeline loans, and coordinate internal communications.
  • Capture loan-specific learnings, exceptions, and successful structures for reuse across the organization.
  • Evaluate lender partnership opportunities and provide business-case recommendations to executives.
  • Manage new lender onboarding, including applications, portal setup, product integration, and training.
  • Maintain lender portals, credentials, entity assignments, and licensed addresses.
  • Lead lender renewals, pricing negotiations, contract tracking, and offboarding.
  • Escalate stuck loans, pricing exceptions, and underwriting issues to lender partners.
  • Create leadership reporting on lender volume, profitability, margins, and concentration risk.
  • Develop lender strategy roadmaps and conduct periodic business reviews with key partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of mortgage industry experience, including product development, product management, underwriting, secondary marketing, or capital markets.
  • Deep knowledge of agency, non-agency, home equity, and renovation lending products.
  • Experience with construction-to-perm, HomeStyle/CHOICERenovation, or ARV-based products.
  • Experience managing investor, correspondent, or wholesale lender relationships.
  • Strong loan-origination and underwriting scenario expertise.
  • Excellent writing skills for guides, guidelines, loan officer communications, and marketing materials.
  • Hands-on operating style with experience independently owning projects.
  • Technology proficiency and ability to quickly adopt new software and AI tools.
  • Credit union channel experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LOS/POS, PPE tools, scenario help desks, or broker-of-record responsibilities preferred.
