Description

  • Lead the BI analysts team by distributing tasks, monitoring deadlines, and supporting career and professional development.
  • Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders across business units, product, finance, and operations.
  • Identify stakeholder needs and formalize reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Own and develop the user layer of the data warehouse, including marts and the business layer, to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Reduce duplication of reports and metrics by enforcing naming standards and managing KPI, report, and metadata catalogs.
  • Organize and manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of reporting and analytics requests.
  • Monitor the quality and stability of reporting, including alerts, incident investigation, and SLA/report metric discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data warehousing, including at least 1 year as a Team Lead.
  • Understanding of data warehouse and data marts architecture.
  • Experience with cloud or enterprise data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with marts modeling, semantic models, and data preparation for BI tools, including dbt or similar tools.
  • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders, set goals, discuss hypotheses, identify root-cause metrics, and explain data limitations.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Qlik, with Power BI preferred.
  • Experience maintaining metric and report catalogs, requirement management tools, and backlog processes.
  • Intermediate or higher English for interaction with international teams.
