Description

  • Own the full lifecycle of BI development, from gathering and challenging business requirements through deployment and end-user adoption.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and data engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable business intelligence solutions using the company’s modern data stack.
  • Develop comprehensive data models to support reporting and analysis.
  • Build interactive dashboards and reporting in Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business users and decision-making.
  • Create automated reporting solutions that improve operational visibility and efficiency.
  • Validate data and ensure reporting outputs are robust and reliable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing architecture, data modeling concepts, and ETL/ELT best practices.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for complex querying, performance tuning, and data manipulation.
  • Microsoft PowerBI expertise is required.
  • Proficiency with version control using Git.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business and commercial terms.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented mindset when working with data.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data components such as Iceberg, S3, Glue, and Redshift is a plus.
  • Experience building AI-driven data structures is a plus.
