Description

  • Resolve technical issues across infrastructure, deployments, databases, caching, and web performance.
  • Manage support tickets in Zendesk and handle occasional live chat or voice support.
  • Monitor alert queues and participate in an on-call rotation during working hours to support platform reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs, report edge cases, and improve internal tooling.
  • Improve documentation and knowledge sharing across global support teams.
  • Troubleshoot DNS, CDN, SSL/TLS, and other web infrastructure issues at scale.
  • Identify recurring problems and recommend improvements to systems, workflows, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working in Linux and navigating production environments from the terminal.
  • Experience with at least one backend language such as Go, Python, PHP, Ruby, or Node.js.
  • Experience supporting or working with distributed systems, containerized environments, or cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and the ability to debug DNS, SSL, CDN, and related issues.
  • Strong written communication skills for async collaboration with global teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative and a desire to improve processes.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy for users and partners.
  • Able to work from Spain or the UK and legally authorized to work there without visa sponsorship.
  • Able to reliably work 06:00-16:00 UTC for 8-hour shifts.
  • Willing to work Monday-Friday during the first 6 to 9 months of onboarding, then transition to weekend coverage with Saturdays and Sundays and two fixed weekdays off.
  • Background check required for all roles.
