Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and support platforms.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications and follow-ups.
  • Resolve complaints, process service requests, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records, update CRM data, and support database management.
  • Manage email, calendar, travel arrangements, and general administrative coordination.
  • Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and maintain file and records systems.
  • Process invoices, record daily transactions, and support accounts payable and receivable tracking.
  • Reconcile receipts and expenses and assist with budget tracking and month-end summaries.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and create comparison reports.
  • Support project coordination, task tracking, and deadline monitoring using project management tools.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail, especially in financial recordkeeping.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks or Xero is required.
  • CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Comfort using Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, cloud storage, and file-sharing platforms.
  • Bonus: social media scheduling and basic engagement tracking.
  • Bonus: basic graphic design using Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Bonus: basic website management with WordPress or Wix.
  • Bonus: e-commerce support for Shopify or WooCommerce.
