Description

  • Proactively reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain organized communication.
  • Qualify opportunities and coordinate next steps with internal team members.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are satisfied and supported.
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact between prospects, clients, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with proactive outbound outreach and relationship management.
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to handle both sales activity and customer support with professionalism.
  • Skilled at problem-solving and maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Based in the United States.
