Description

  • Support growth and operational initiatives across the company.
  • Improve workflows and reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Use AI tools to speed up execution and problem-solving.
  • Research and implement better systems and processes.
  • Work with CRMs, lead/account data, and operational tools.
  • Enrich, organize, and maintain data as needed.
  • Build lightweight automations and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Run experiments and test new ideas and tools.
  • Support outbound or operational tasks when required.
  • Take ownership of messy problems and solve them proactively.

Requirements

  • Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in startups, growth, operations, GTM, or related areas.
  • Highly proactive and resourceful.
  • Comfortable learning independently.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to operate in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bias toward action and execution.
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and Perplexity.
  • Comfortable working with MCPs, AI tooling, integrations, and lightweight AI-assisted workflows such as Claude Code.
  • Able to automate repetitive work wherever possible and learn new tools quickly without constant guidance.
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Smartlead, Notion, Airtable, or Customer.io is a plus.
  • Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make is a plus.
  • Experience supporting startup growth or operational functions is a plus.
  • Comfort working across multiple business areas rather than a single narrow role is a plus.
