Description

  • Develop and maintain APIs using the FastAPI framework.
  • Implement background tasks and asynchronous processing to improve system performance.
  • Design and build LLM-powered features and pipelines, including RAG, agents, tool use, and multi-step reasoning chains.
  • Structure prompts, manage context windows, optimize token usage, and implement retrieval strategies for effective context engineering.
  • Work with LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI, as well as orchestration frameworks.
  • Build evaluation and testing frameworks for LLM outputs, including accuracy checks, hallucination detection, and regression testing.
  • Implement guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI patterns.
  • Optimize latency and cost for LLM-heavy workloads through caching, streaming, and batching.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Python development.
  • Proven experience with the FastAPI framework.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB database management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
