Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, employment contract, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead client and employee meetings for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, negotiations, separations, settlements, and termination delivery.
  • Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance and audits with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supporting documents while maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding queries and guide clients through employee relations resources and policies.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, identify relevant facts and local regulations, and coordinate follow-up on employee relations cases.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development to improve customer and employee experience.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and recommend practical solutions in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes, including identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment with multiple priorities and flexible hours as needed.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Experience collaborating asynchronously with various tools and adapting to new systems is preferred.
  • Experience in international, cross-functional HR operations is preferred.
