Description

Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
Lead client and employee meetings for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and delivery of termination outcomes.
Influence and negotiate outcomes in complex termination cases involving multiple stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions to support compliant offboarding.
Draft, tailor, administer, and maintain termination documents and employee records with strict confidentiality.
Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and ensure all exit-related steps are completed promptly.
Respond to internal and external offboarding and employee relations queries as a subject-matter expert.
Assess workplace concerns, identify relevant facts and local regulations, and coordinate appropriate employee relations support.
Contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements

Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with broad employee lifecycle exposure.
Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
Experience providing HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical recommendations in ambiguous environments.
Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Aptitude to innovate, optimize processes, and identify automation opportunities.
Strong operational discipline with attention to record-keeping and data integrity.
Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across evolving tools and systems.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote, international environment with multiple priorities and flexible hours.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Demonstrated strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
