Description

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and book meetings for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote’s value proposition and assess prospect fit.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to the sales team.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call prospects sourced from outside channels.
  • Identify key decision-makers, gather business requirements, and present solutions to launch the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools; HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus are a plus.
  • Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong listening ability and a positive, energetic phone presence.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to stay positive in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure.
  • Strong sense of urgency, self-starter mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success in the responsibilities listed for the role.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
  • Location: Australia/New Zealand.
  • Start date: as soon as possible.
