Description

  • Own the planning, implementation, and service levels for the APAC lifecycle contracts management team.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for all contract management topics.
  • Lead recruitment, training, mentoring, supervision, and development of the regional team.
  • Coach direct reports and build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Lifecycle stakeholders to improve processes and workflows.
  • Enhance integrations, standard operating procedures, and operating models in line with business objectives.
  • Improve and optimize team processes, workflows, and tools to increase quality, efficiency, and scale.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and support implementation of process improvements.
  • Champion Remote’s values and the Lifecycle team’s goals internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations across multiple APAC countries with deep knowledge of contract management and labor law.
  • Proven experience scaling or managing HR operations across diverse APAC markets.
  • Strong understanding of local labor compliance and contract management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using a variety of digital tools.
  • Passion for service-level environments, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Startup and remote working experience is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Ability to safely manage employee data and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
