Description

  • Build and lead the PMO function for the Payroll Business Operations team.
  • Develop and project manage partner and customer integration architecture, implementation timelines, and operational work streams.
  • Create clear and accurate implementation guides.
  • Lead planning, tracking, and completion of project tasks throughout partner and customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules and run regular meetings with operational leads.
  • Document, coordinate, and monitor partner and customer progress to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Coordinate internal resources and drive projects to release on time with high quality.
  • Identify project risks and work with relevant teams to mitigate and resolve them.
  • Contribute to integration best practices, training materials, and internal and external collateral.
  • Communicate project plans, deployment progress, execution, and delivery using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on strategic projects that improve and scale implementation processes and team operations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while growing the PMO function.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, implementations, or professional services in the HRtech, fintech, or software/technology industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience coaching and mentoring others.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical understanding of software systems at scale.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS technology partnerships.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for remote work and a global outlook, preferred.
  • Experience working remotely, considered a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
