Description

  • Hire, lead, coach, and support a high-performance operational team.
  • Own the planning, implementation, and ongoing oversight of Benefits operations.
  • Deliver strong value to Remote employees and clients.
  • Prevent revenue leakage in Benefits recharging to clients.
  • Improve and optimize processes, workflows, and tools on an ongoing basis.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Benefits.
  • Identify automation opportunities in existing workflows with Product.
  • Ensure service delivery remains compliant in partnership with Legal.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Build and scale new initiatives from startup through growth.
  • Champion Remote’s values and the Benefits team’s goals internally and externally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience.
  • HR generalist experience and Benefits experience across multiple countries.
  • Operational experience across multiple roles.
  • Experience managing small or medium teams with direct reports.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Strong focus on goals and quality.
  • Passion for teamwork and developing people.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Solid startup experience (preferred).
  • Multiple language skills (preferred).
  • Previous remote work experience (preferred).
