Description

  • Design and implement intelligent automation systems that connect data across platforms and eliminate manual work.
  • Map operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and architect end-to-end automated workflows.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines across HRIS, case management, payroll, and related systems using APIs or native connectors.
  • Scope and deliver multi-phase initiatives spanning process redesign, tooling, and change management from planning through optimization.
  • Prototype and deploy low-code/no-code automations using tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
  • Deploy and govern AI tools or agents for document processing, query triage, policy guidance, and data auditing.
  • Design multi-agent patterns, governance controls, and human oversight for compliant AI-enabled employment workflows.
  • Develop operational data models and build HR operations dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, Design, Engineering, and IT to improve HR experience, quality, compliance, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices for AI and automation across the department.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, and systems integration.
  • Experience translating operational pain points into automated and intelligent solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services across a wide range of operational contexts.
  • Experience building automation in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments such as hiring, employment, or payroll.
  • Strong understanding of sensitive data lifecycle risk and data privacy obligations.
  • Hands-on experience with low-code workflow tools such as Zapier, Make, Retool, or n8n.
  • Comfort with light scripting in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript for custom agents, API integrations, webhooks, or message queues.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
