Description

  • Own messaging for performance marketing and develop differentiated frameworks for paid campaigns.
  • Translate complex global employment products into simple, compelling creative hooks.
  • Use performance data and audience insight to refine positioning and campaign effectiveness.
  • Concept high-impact creative ideas for paid channels including social, search, display, and video.
  • Build scalable creative concepts and testing roadmaps grounded in strong hypotheses.
  • Bridge brand and performance by ensuring ads strengthen Remote’s brand voice and identity.
  • Lead creative production by working with designers, writers, and external partners.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to maintain quality, consistency, and speed across campaigns.
  • Establish repeatable systems for ideation, testing, iteration, and scaling what works.
  • Integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve speed and output while maintaining quality.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in creative, brand, or performance marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to develop high-performing ad creative and campaign ideas.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for writing hooks that convert.
  • Deep understanding of paid channels and how creative drives performance.
  • Ability to think in systems, including testing, iteration, and scaling.
  • Strong creative judgment and the ability to distinguish standout ideas from weak ones.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and creative teams to execute ideas.
  • Comfort using data to inform creative decisions without being purely reactive.
  • A clear perspective on how AI is changing creative production.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or related categories is preferred.
  • Experience creating performance creative for global audiences is preferred.
  • Background in both brand and growth environments is preferred.
  • Experience working with external creative agencies is preferred.
