Description

  • Own time budgeting and profitability governance across all client accounts, including real-time budget versus actual tracking.
  • Establish weekly budget review cadences, escalation protocols, and hard-stop approval processes for overspending.
  • Build and maintain profitability dashboards for leadership and support monthly performance reviews.
  • Lead capacity planning and resource allocation across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development teams.
  • Forecast staffing needs, flag capacity constraints early, and balance workloads to prevent burnout and protect quality.
  • Audit current workflows, identify gaps, and implement process improvements and standard operating procedures.
  • Standardize project workflows in ClickUp using templates, automations, and documented processes.
  • Serve as the cross-department operational hub for coordination, handoffs, timelines, and conflict resolution.
  • Own project-related client escalations and partner with Account Managers to manage expectations proactively.
  • Manage and mentor the Junior Project Manager and help build a scalable project management function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of improving profitability through operational excellence.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, strategists, and media buyers.
  • Direct experience with budget tracking, time management, and resource allocation at scale.
  • History of implementing project management systems from scratch or fixing broken ones.
  • Advanced ClickUp experience with the ability to build complex workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom fields from scratch.
  • Experience with capacity planning and time tracking tools integrated into a project management platform.
  • Ability to build reporting and analytics dashboards that support decision-making.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Experience with EOS or similar business operating systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables such as SEO, PPC, content, and web development is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for productivity and automation is preferred.
  • Background in agency operations or consulting is preferred.
  • Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with business hours aligned to EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Salary of $2,500.
  • Holiday break PTO from late December through early January.
  • Bonuses tied to company and department goals.
  • Independent contractor contract structure.
