Description

  • Build and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across Meta and TikTok.
  • Own day-to-day management of high-budget paid social campaigns across 4 to 5 accounts.
  • Manage prospecting, retargeting, and Advantage+/Smart+ initiatives for monthly budgets of $80K+.
  • Develop audience segmentation, lookalikes, and interest- and behavior-based targeting.
  • Partner with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on social-native ad creative.
  • Design and run structured creative tests to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA.
  • Monitor campaign performance, build reports, and surface actionable insights.
  • Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROAS and conversion volume.
  • Ensure accurate pixel, conversion, and event tracking across Meta and TikTok.
  • Stay current on Meta and TikTok updates, automation features, beta opportunities, and expansion channels such as Pinterest and Reddit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok in an agency or high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience managing $80K+ monthly paid social budgets.
  • Strong track record of driving acquisition and conversion metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPL, and CAC.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audiences, Advantage+/Smart+, and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and server-side events, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, and Events API.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4.
  • Strong creative instincts and experience partnering with creative teams to test and scale social-native ad creative.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Pinterest and/or Reddit advertising is a nice to have.
