Description

  • Keep marketing projects organized and support day-to-day operational coordination.
  • Coordinate scheduling and publishing of social media content.
  • Assist with graphics and other creative assets for social channels and campaigns.
  • Edit and help produce short-form video content.
  • Work closely with a collaborative team to keep work moving through established processes.
  • Help maintain deadlines, task ownership, and smooth communication across projects.
  • Support the agency’s operational and creative needs in a fast-paced but low-pressure environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing operations, social media, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Basic experience scheduling and publishing social media content.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written English and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable following established SOPs.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot (preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred).
  • Creative eye for social media content and branding (preferred).
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video content (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred).
  • Must reside in a LATAM country; applications from outside LATAM will not be considered.
