Description

  • Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and overall performance.
  • Implement optimization recommendations based on performance trends and business objectives.
  • Support campaign launches, QA processes, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization insights.
  • Build reporting decks, written summaries, and internal performance updates.
  • Use Excel and platform reporting tools to evaluate KPIs and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights tied to ROAS, conversion performance, and media efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with broader commerce strategies.
  • Test new audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and targeting approaches.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on optimization experience managing Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of retail media and commerce marketing environments.
  • Experience managing campaign execution and optimization across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience managing performance-focused KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and media efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced agency environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours, with preference for Eastern Time overlap.
  • Experience with Walmart DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk, or other programmatic platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with commerce campaign management platforms such as Skai is a plus.
  • Agency-side digital media experience is strongly preferred.
  • Background working with CPG or eCommerce brands is a plus.
  • Exposure to client-facing communication and reporting presentations is a plus.
