Description

  • Build and maintain WordPress websites and reusable page templates.
  • Develop custom landing pages, sales pages, webinar registration pages, and lead generation funnels.
  • Configure WordPress plugins, integrations, and website maintenance workflows.
  • Support marketing automation initiatives by connecting forms, CRM systems, email tools, and workflows.
  • Implement tracking pixels, analytics, and campaign launch support.
  • Produce clean, modern, responsive layouts that maintain brand consistency.
  • Optimise UX/UI, conversion paths, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend website performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to launch campaigns quickly.
  • Monitor website performance and improve SEO fundamentals and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of WordPress development experience.
  • Strong experience with Elementor or a similar page builder.
  • Experience building landing pages and sales funnels.
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive web design, WordPress optimisation, troubleshooting, plugin management, and website maintenance.
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency, freelance web business, one-person creative agency, or fast-paced marketing environment is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • SEO knowledge and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience are preferred.
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI design/productivity tools, basic PHP, or WooCommerce is preferred.
