Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, including organized Figma frames, exported assets, and implementation specs.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, social materials, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based materials to keep them consistent, polished, and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents and support the handoff of assets to developers or no-code tools.
  • Troubleshoot independently and deliver production-ready assets quickly.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma, including responsive layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating high-converting, pitch-style landing pages with strong attention to clarity and spacing.
  • Solid understanding of preparing and packaging assets for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow or Framer.
  • Ability to maintain cross-platform brand consistency across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • English proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.
  • A CV that includes a portfolio link with relevant web design examples is required.
