Description

  • Source on-market and off-market property opportunities across the North West of England.
  • Research motivated sellers and monitor property portals, auctions, and other lead sources.
  • Prepare acquisition packs and supporting documentation for property opportunities.
  • Analyse potential deals and assist with negotiations during the acquisition process.
  • Support the business owner throughout acquisitions and keep transactions moving forward.
  • Own the CRM system and acquisitions pipeline, ensuring every lead is logged, tracked, and progressed.
  • Schedule follow-ups, maintain communication with prospects, and keep buyer and seller databases organised.
  • Improve CRM processes, systems, and automations, and produce pipeline performance reports.
  • Match property opportunities with investors and buyers and package deals for presentation.
  • Coordinate buyer enquiries and property viewings, and liaise with agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage inboxes, diaries, shared documentation, and general administrative tasks across the business.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property sourcing, estate agency, property investment, sales progression, or a similar property-related role.
  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Confidence communicating with estate agents, investors, and property professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A solution-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and keep projects moving.
  • Experience using Monday.com (preferred).
  • Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Knowledge of UK property investment or acquisitions (preferred).
  • Experience using property portals and CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Canva (preferred).
  • Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude (preferred).
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, stable high-speed internet, and a professional home office suitable for remote work.
