Description

  • Own multiple client advertising accounts across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns from scratch.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI and allocate spend across platforms.
  • Conduct audience research and define targeting strategies.
  • Develop testing frameworks for creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign variations.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven improvements.
  • Recommend growth opportunities and strategic campaign improvements for client accounts.
  • Produce clear performance reports and translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Build trusted client relationships and communicate performance in commercial language.
  • Stay current with Meta and Google platform changes, AI tools, and advertising best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
  • Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong reporting and presentation ability.
  • Highly organised and self-managed.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is advantageous.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio is advantageous.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel and Google Conversion Tracking, is advantageous.
  • Experience with ecommerce brands and Shopify is advantageous.
  • Experience with landing page optimisation and A/B testing is advantageous.
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign optimisation is advantageous.
