Description

  • Manage customer enquiries by email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, returns, exchanges, and order-related queries with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate daily order processing and ensure orders are handled efficiently.
  • Monitor stock availability and inventory levels.
  • Assist with stock management, reporting, and process documentation.
  • Liaise with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
  • Process customer orders and update product, inventory, and order information in Shopify.
  • Troubleshoot basic Shopify-related issues and support online store administration.
  • Support founders with ad hoc operational tasks and general business administration.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in operations, customer service, eCommerce support, or an operations coordinator role.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office.
  • Experience with inventory or stock management is desirable.
  • Previous experience supporting an eCommerce business is desirable.
  • Experience working with remote international teams is desirable.
  • Process improvement mindset is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools is desirable.
  • Morning availability is essential to align with warehouse order cut-off times.
