Description

  • Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the support system.
  • Identify recurring issues and flag them to the team for process improvement.
  • Contribute to help centre content and FAQs.
  • Take ownership of customer problems until they are resolved.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate difficult conversations.
  • Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home working environment.
  • Ability to work full-time during UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).
  • Must be able to work fully remotely from South Africa.
