Description

  • Proactively engage existing platform users to increase product adoption and engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Conduct proactive check-ins with customers by phone, email, and video meetings.
  • Guide users through platform features, functionality, best practices, and learning resources.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding sessions.
  • Gather customer feedback, identify common questions or challenges, and share insights with internal teams.
  • Monitor customer engagement and follow up when additional support is needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute ideas to improve onboarding, customer education, support resources, retention, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Client Services, Onboarding, or Training.
  • Experience supporting customers using a SaaS or technology product is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence communicating with customers via phone, email, and video.
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Previous experience working within a B2B SaaS environment is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Experience delivering software onboarding or customer training is desirable.
  • Experience creating or presenting user education content is desirable.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics and customer engagement strategies is desirable.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer, stable high-speed internet, professional home office, and a high-quality headset and webcam for remote work.
