Description

  • Create and maintain SMS, email, and workflow templates while uploading, cleaning, tagging, and segmenting contact lists across platforms.
  • Manage daily SMS campaigns from list preparation through deployment, follow-up, lead qualification, and compliance tracking.
  • Organize and triage executive inboxes, prioritize urgent business correspondence, and draft replies when requested.
  • Clean, standardize, and prepare property and skip-traced owner data for outreach and CRM upload.
  • Schedule and publish social content, repurpose written content, and help monitor email, event, and community engagement campaigns.
  • Update website pages and blog posts in WordPress and Elementor, build PowerPoint materials, and summarize business, market, and competitor research.
  • Monitor inbound inquiries and maintain data accuracy across systems and connected brands.
  • Support a business owner and keep stakeholders informed proactively while working independently across US business hours.

Requirements

  • Hands-on CRM administration experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable platform, including lists, tagging, segmentation, and templates.
  • Experience with SMS or text outreach, including list preparation, deployment, response handling, and opt-out compliance.
  • Experience managing executive email or inboxes with strong prioritization judgment.
  • Strong data operations discipline, including cleaning, de-duplicating, standardizing, and validating data.
  • Excellent written English and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently across US Arizona business hours.
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving instincts across new platforms.
  • Real estate lead-generation or property-research experience is preferred.
  • Experience with skip-tracing or property-data tools such as DealMachine and PropStream is preferred.
  • Website maintenance, social/content work, and PowerPoint experience are preferred.
  • Experience supporting a multi-business owner is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as REI BlackBook, Smarter Contact, EZ Texting, InvestorBase, Rezzie, Offergun, Zillow, FlexMLS, Streamyard, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive is relevant.
