Description

  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
  • Source qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
  • Record and submit video interviews for client review.
  • Support assessment-based hiring, including DISC and other evaluation tools.
  • Prepare and send complete candidate packages to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure candidate documentation is accurate, organized, and client-ready.
  • Assist with reference check calls and support offer coordination during the offer stage.
  • Maintain candidate trackers, update statuses in real time, and follow up to keep hiring steps on track.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting US-based clients.
  • Experience sourcing candidates on Indeed is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable conducting recorded video interviews.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using ATS, sourcing tools, and interview platforms.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to learning and adaptable to changing responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely on night shifts aligned with US (Arizona) time zones.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Compensation of $6-$7 per hour.
