Description

  • Assist with new hire onboarding documentation and ensure required forms are completed accurately and on time.
  • Process employment eligibility verifications through E-Verify in compliance with federal requirements.
  • Maintain organized onboarding records and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR information systems and keep digital and physical personnel files organized and compliant.
  • Support HR reporting, periodic data audits, spreadsheets, tracking tools, and other administrative HR systems.
  • Assist with benefit enrollment processing, file related documentation, and update benefits records in HR systems.
  • Compile documentation and prepare responses to unemployment insurance claims, tracking deadlines for timely submission.
  • Post approved job openings, monitor active postings, and maintain application records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare HR forms, letters, and other documentation as directed, and support general HR administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Respond to routine internal inquiries and route more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0 to 2 years of administrative or office support experience; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with accuracy in data entry and records management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Associate's degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior exposure to HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, or HR administrative workflows preferred.
  • Familiarity with E-Verify or employment eligibility verification processes preferred.
  • Experience supporting an HR, payroll, or benefits team in any capacity preferred.
  • Full-time availability required.
