Description

  • Develop automated tests for new features and regression scenarios.
  • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and manual testing against requirements.
  • Triage, report, and track defects through resolution.
  • Monitor and reduce the ratio of end-user-found to QA-found defects.
  • Minimize QA impact on release schedules.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate test generation and validate generated tests.
  • Contribute a QA perspective during requirements reviews.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with product, design, front-end, back-end, and QA team members across Asia and Europe.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or a comparable test automation framework.
  • Strong coding skills for efficient test automation.
  • Experience with API testing and automation.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking tools, preferably Jira, and version control, preferably Git.
  • Clear written communication and reliable asynchronous collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants for test generation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining manual testing plans.
  • Experience with SaaS or custom-built products, agile environments, and frequent release cycles.
  • Understanding of web application development and DevOps practices related to QA infrastructure and CI/CD.
