Description

  • Diseñar y automatizar pruebas web, móviles, de API y end-to-end utilizando ZeuZ.
  • Definir y mantener suites de regresión automatizadas para los flujos críticos de Claro Video.
  • Generar logs, capturas y reportes como evidencia de cada ciclo de pruebas.
  • Analizar resultados, identificar falsos positivos y mantener la estabilidad de la suite.
  • Reportar, priorizar y dar seguimiento a bugs junto con los equipos de desarrollo.
  • Proponer mejoras para reducir el esfuerzo y el tiempo de los ciclos de regresión.
  • Integrar las pruebas automatizadas en pipelines de CI/CD cuando corresponda.
  • Capacitar al equipo interno en el uso de ZeuZ según las necesidades del proyecto.

Requirements

  • 2 a 4 años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas de QA.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de testing no-code o low-code asistidas por IA, o disposición para aprender ZeuZ.
  • Conocimientos de testing web, móvil y APIs REST.
  • Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles e integración de pruebas en pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Capacidad para diagnosticar fallas reales frente a pruebas inestables o flaky tests.
  • Inglés B2 para coordinación y documentación.
  • Experiencia con ZeuZ, Testim, Mabl o Functionize (deseable).
  • Conocimientos de Selenium, Appium, Cypress o Playwright (deseable).
  • Experiencia en streaming, telecomunicaciones o productos con alta frecuencia de releases (deseable).
