Description

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Model and transform data in Python to support reporting and exploratory analysis.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure reporting is built on clean, reliable data foundations.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, draft visualisations, and surface insights while validating outputs.
  • Automate report generation and distribution to reduce manual effort and improve accessibility.
  • Maintain and document data models and a data dictionary for business self-service reporting.
  • Improve data quality monitoring and contribute to data governance practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering role.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI for production-grade dashboards and reports, including DAX.
  • Solid SQL skills for querying and transforming data from relational databases and data warehouses.
  • Hands-on Python experience for data analysis and transformation, with pandas required.
  • Experience with Plotly, Streamlit, or similar analytics libraries is a strong plus.
  • Experience with data modelling and ETL/ELT concepts.
  • Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate data analysis or dashboard development in a professional context.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment with clear written communication and async collaboration.
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio, BigQuery, or other Google data stack tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience working on a SaaS platform or with B2B operational data is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI/ML workflows and understanding how BI fits alongside model outputs and feature data is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PII handling is preferred.
  • Self-directed, curious, and able to take ownership of work and growth proactively.
