Description

  • Own department strategy and drive the team toward the target key metric.
  • Lead a distributed team across multiple time zones and provide direction on day-to-day issues.
  • Partner with another department to align ideas and support the mission.
  • Manage and guide direct reports, including 3 Directors and 1 Senior Manager.
  • Take ownership, act proactively, and default to action when decisions are unclear.
  • Support the development of automation and AI capabilities across the role’s scope.

Requirements

  • Experience solving the relevant problem within a team of the stated size.
  • Expertise running projects that improve the target metric.
  • Exposure to an industry context that achieved the desired outcome.
  • Ability to lead a distributed team working asynchronously across regions.
  • Prior experience with the relevant specialism and adjacent specialisms.
  • Willingness to work fully remotely.
