Description

  • Map and document business processes using BPMN with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and operational clarity.
  • Structure and document business rules and system flows in a clear format for technical and business audiences.
  • Implement mapped processes in digital solutions using PowerApps or SharePoint.
  • Conduct interviews, validations, and delivery activities with autonomy and ownership.
  • Support standardization, traceability, and compliance across processes.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the teams involved.
  • Collaborate across technical, business, and legal stakeholders to translate technical documents for different audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes through process analysis and digital solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in process mapping using BPMN and documenting business rules.
  • Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, Bizagi, and agile methodologies.
  • Clear communication and strong synthesis skills.
  • Knowledge of data, systems, and process governance.
  • Ability to translate technical documents for different audiences, including IT, business, and legal teams.
  • Experience mapping business, systemic, and analytical data processes across the full information lifecycle.
  • Preferred knowledge of GenAI for generating process flowcharts from text descriptions.
  • Preferred knowledge of AI use cases for identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
  • Preferred knowledge of DMBoK, BABoK, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, DAMA data governance frameworks, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Availability to work from the Campinas metro region office when required by the company policy.
