Description

  • Support the General Manager in building and growing the Remote Embedded product and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and project-manage partner implementation timelines and operational workstreams in close collaboration with partner teams.
  • Plan, track, and drive completion of all project tasks across the partner onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
  • Create and oversee project schedules, lead regular operational meetings, and build workflows for non-integrated processes.
  • Document, coordinate, and monitor partner progress to ensure all requirements are met and blockers are addressed.
  • Coordinate internal resources across Product, Legal, Finance, Sales, Partnerships, Growth, Customer Experience, and Operations to deliver partner outcomes.
  • Communicate timing and deliverables with Product and Operations to keep partners unblocked and drive timely, high-quality releases.
  • Own the day-to-day relationship with partners during implementation, directing questions to appropriate internal teams and providing status visibility via reports and dashboards.
  • Develop integration best practices, implementation guides, documentation systems, and training materials to improve partner onboarding and scale team operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, implementations, or professional services within HRtech, fintech, or software/technology industries.
  • Proven track record of managing long-term partner or customer relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster productive cooperation across departments.
  • Strong analytical ability to learn complex issues quickly, identify root causes, evaluate solution options, and communicate conclusions to partners and internal teams.
  • Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills and experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS technology partnerships (preferred).
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; prior remote work experience is a plus.
