Description

  • Evaluate inbound M&A opportunities and proactively reach out to potential acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute live M&A projects.
  • Perform analyses that support Remote’s expansion into new products and global markets.
  • Lead ad hoc strategic projects tied to Remote’s growth objectives.
  • Support the Strategic Finance team with the annual and long-term corporate model.
  • Manage reporting and respond to ad hoc requests from investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support equity and debt capital raising, including materials preparation, stakeholder coordination, due diligence, and transaction close.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, a high-growth start-up, or a public tech company.
  • Expert modelling skills, including prior buildout of a full company operating model and long-term plan.
  • Experience successfully closing an M&A transaction or an equity/debt capital raise in a corporate role or as an advisor.
  • Ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter mentality and the ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, though not required.
