Description

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, with a focus on compliance and accurate documentation.
  • Prepare and verify employment packages and handle employee onboarding queries throughout the process.
  • Own the full employee onboarding lifecycle to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
  • Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to support clients and their employees.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience by identifying and implementing enhancements.
  • Maintain employee data with accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
  • Support reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives to uphold operational excellence.
  • Identify and champion automation opportunities to streamline onboarding and improve scalability.
  • Organize, maintain, and update knowledge and content resources to support team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong background in operational roles, with solid people operations experience.
  • Experience in employment and legal contracting is key.
  • Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, especially in HR or people management.
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally in startups or high-growth companies.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English at business level.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work asynchronously with collaboration tools and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international, remote team while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Open to flexible hours to support global needs as required.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (or similar).
  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
