Description

  • Own a core product area end to end, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Turn customer and business problems into clear opportunities and actionable product plans.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver simple, intuitive, high-quality product experiences.
  • Use data, customer insights, and market signals to inform decisions and shape the roadmap.
  • Drive fast-moving product execution that delivers measurable impact and supports global scale.
  • Work closely with leadership on high-level priorities and company-wide outcomes.
  • Manage the full end-to-end process of discovery, scoping, cross-functional coordination, and delivery.
  • Lead and align engineers, designers, and QA around product goals, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Support stakeholder management across internal and external partners to maximize product impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Experience working in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Proven ability to lead products from 0 to 1 while owning business outcomes, UX, and engineering quality.
  • Ability to inspire and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong UX intuition and a passion for clean, simple, effective user experiences.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to prioritize with clarity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A bias for action, high ownership, and a strong drive to build.
  • A strong aptitude for proactive cross-cultural communication in a fully remote, cross-time-zone environment.
  • Systematic time management and strong independent prioritization skills.
  • A strong product-thinking mindset and empathy for customer experience.
  • A hyper-logical, first-principles approach to solving complex problems.
