Description

  • Own end-to-end design for platform-foundation initiatives from problem framing and strategy through shipped UX.
  • Bring coherence to the control tower by unifying agent configuration, governance, and monitoring into one mental model.
  • Drive design for the PLG transition, including self-serve onboarding and in-product education.
  • Design experiences that help customers convert without a sales call.
  • Work directly with enterprise customers to understand challenges and validate solutions in complex CX environments.
  • Establish design patterns, systems, and quality bars for the broader team.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams across geographies.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of product design experience.
  • Significant experience on complex B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience in AI, data, developer tools, or workflow products is a plus.
  • Proven ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from zero to shipped.
  • High agency and ability to drive work to completion without waiting for permission.
  • Strong curiosity about customers, AI, systems, and how the business works.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design coherent frameworks, not one-off screens.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • A portfolio demonstrating craft, rigor, and measurable impact on complex products.
