Description

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to support evidence-based product decisions.
  • Define and track key product health metrics such as adoption, retention, and support load.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust.
  • Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to keep execution aligned.
  • Coordinate with Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on product initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end product release process, including launch readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales.
  • Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews.
  • Manage change communications and ensure downstream teams have the information they need.
  • Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows, documentation, and review processes.
  • Create repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment.
  • Strong data skills with SQL or equivalent proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and the ability to solve organizational friction through process and tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment and own projects end to end.
  • Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment.
  • Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Ability to identify underlying business issues and investigate solutions systematically.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret and challenge data effectively.
  • Understanding of how empowered, agile product organizations operate and how to optimize internal processes.
  • Bias to action and comfort taking ownership with minimal supervision.
