Description

  • Drive UX/UI design from concept through launch for startup product initiatives.
  • Guide design direction from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes.
  • Align design decisions with business strategy, user needs, and product goals.
  • Lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders to secure buy-in and sign-off on design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, partners, and external stakeholders on product vision and user experience.
  • Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools to support innovation.
  • Manage complex design challenges and contribute to innovative product solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with leadership on design initiatives from inception to launch.
  • Fluent English at C1 level with outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong ability to connect product strategy with user experience and user-centric outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root issues, and propose well-rounded solutions.
  • Experience with User-Centered Design, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro.
  • Strong understanding of mobile design standards and UX patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products and delivering design solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
