Description

  • Act as a primary point of contact for managers and employees in designated business units.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR support and people strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on basic HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day people operations matters.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, including initial investigations and escalation of complex cases.
  • Support performance management processes, including reviews, development plans, and underperformance management.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams on talent acquisition and support onboarding for new hires.
  • Help develop and implement employee retention initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Learning and Development to deliver and evaluate training programs.
  • Provide basic support on compensation and benefits matters, including annual salary review and bonus processes.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by helping communicate and train employees during transitions.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
  • Experience with performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
