Description

  • Create clear, simple posts and content for Reliance Health’s social media channels.
  • Plan weekly and monthly content calendars with guidance from the manager.
  • Adapt content for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Write captions, blog posts, email copy, scripts, and other audience-facing messages.
  • Review content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and tone of voice.
  • Support internal communications by drafting updates, announcements, and newsletters.
  • Track post and campaign performance and prepare monthly dashboards and reports.
  • Support planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, clinical, and leadership teams to gather information and keep work on schedule.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and across markets and languages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • Must have completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with social media tools and CRM tools.
  • Very strong writing skills, including clarity, grammar, and structure.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of Nigerian digital culture.
  • Data literacy and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and insights.
  • Basic design or video editing skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut are preferred.
  • Experience with health tech, fintech, or B2B content is preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple markets is preferred.
  • Skills in Zoho and Adobe Suite are preferred.
  • Previous experience in content creation and creative writing is preferred.
