Description

  • Write clear, compelling copy for websites, journeys, campaigns, and digital experiences across B2C and B2B sectors.
  • Adapt tone and messaging for different industries, brand voices, compliance requirements, and localization standards.
  • Create copy for CTAs, headlines, page narratives, microcopy, error states, and other on-page content.
  • Write content for multiple funnel stages, from awareness and action through retention, across omni-channel experiences.
  • Interpret content strategy, brand guidelines, and audience insights into effective voice and messaging frameworks.
  • Contribute to content models, templates, and structured content that support component-based publishing in CMS platforms.
  • Translate structured content fields into persuasive copy that works for both human readers and machine readability.
  • Write search-optimized content, including metadata, structured snippets, SEO-aligned headlines, and intros.
  • Collaborate with UX, Strategy, Tech, Design, translation, and localization teams to deliver connected experiences.
  • Participate in user journey mapping, content planning, content migration, QA, and authoring for digital builds.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a digital content writer, UX writer, or copywriter in agency or in-house environments.
  • Strong portfolio of web, product, or campaign writing that demonstrates voice, clarity, and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to write for multiple tones of voice, verticals, and user types.
  • Understanding of structured content and writing for modular design systems.
  • Familiarity with SEO, structured data, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience working in or around CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Content Hub, or similar systems.
  • Awareness of how AI tools such as SitecoreAI, ChatGPT, Writer, and Grammarly can support content creation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, flow, and digital usability.
  • Clear communication, collaborative energy, and ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
  • Bonus experience writing for Sitecore-powered platforms or Sitecore Content Hub environments.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic, especially for MENA-based clients, is a plus.
  • Experience writing for high-sensitivity industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government is a plus.
  • Experience with content QA, localization workflows, and global publishing models is a plus.
