Description

  • Serve as a liaison across organizations to keep components and assemblies flowing smoothly through production and meet timeline requirements.
  • Monitor and communicate the location and status of hardware, kits, and builds on the manufacturing floor.
  • Perform ERP and MES transactions to systematically transact parts.
  • Self-prioritize work and execute autonomously in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • Gather information to understand work orders, kit requests, and internal customer needs.
  • Work with Production and Material Planning to identify part shortages.
  • Support sourcing and supply chain execution for Terran R parts, materials, production equipment, and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, manufacturing, and engineering to deliver value and keep the Terran R schedule on track.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator, Expeditor, or in a similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP, MES, and/or WMS software.
  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
  • Proficient communication skills across multiple platforms, including email and Slack.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator, Expeditor, or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Experience in aerospace or automotive environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Infor LN (ERP) and/or Jira (MES) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (preferred).
  • Attention to EHS guidelines (preferred).
