Description

  • Conduct preliminary desktop investigations to prepare files for field surveillance investigators.
  • Coordinate with surveillance investigators and provide status updates to clients.
  • Review surveillance videos to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports based on investigative findings and surveillance review.
  • Serve as a liaison between field investigators and clients throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Support efficient execution of surveillance operations and timely delivery of investigative reports.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of directly relevant work experience as a surveillance case manager, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Criminal Justice plus 2 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys and legal personnel.
  • Proficiency in investigative platforms, specifically Track-Ops.
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in investigative or surveillance work (preferred by context).
