Description

  • Maintain and strengthen Relativity’s brand identity, style guide, and visual systems across internal and external touchpoints.
  • Concept, design, and produce creative assets for digital, print, and environmental applications.
  • Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business needs into high-impact design solutions.
  • Establish design systems that ensure consistent and high-quality output.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver creative work and maintain brand consistency across the company.
  • Manage and mentor other designers to support timely and consistent execution.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure brand alignment across projects.
  • Shape how Relativity shows up across launch campaigns, internal communications, digital platforms, employee brand, events, and physical spaces.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a designer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pro-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A holistic approach to brand and design across all touchpoints.
  • Experience as a people leader who mentors designers and provides clear creative direction.
  • A portfolio demonstrating breadth, depth, and creativity.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Natural collaborator with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience with animation, web, and/or illustration (preferred).
  • Experience working with technical renderings or CAD-based visuals (preferred).
  • Experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, technology, or other engineering-led industries (preferred).
