Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features with strong performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Own the full development lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
  • Review code, design documents, product specifications, and mockups, providing constructive feedback.
  • Define engineering standards and recommend practices that improve developer workflows.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to support their professional development.
  • Continuously improve technical and non-technical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, a quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience with frontend-focused languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as Lit, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience with CSS.
  • Ability to design and implement maintainable APIs; GraphQL, REST, HTTP, and Thrift knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to own projects end to end, from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-directed, innovative, action-oriented approach in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
