Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain user-facing product features with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
  • Review code and design docs, and provide feedback on product specs and mocks.
  • Set standards that improve developer workflows and recommend best practices.
  • Coach and mentor engineers on the team to support their professional development.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of projects from initial design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of software development experience in front-end focused programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or ES6.
  • Experience with front-end web frameworks such as LIT, Polymer, React, Vue, or Angular, plus CSS.
  • Experience with GraphQL, REST, HTTP, and Thrift basics is a plus.
  • Ability to design and implement maintainable APIs is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects from design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $190,000 to $267,000 USD.
  • Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
  • May also be eligible for commission depending on the position offered.
